I love salads with lots of yummy tidbits.. my favs: cranberries, raisins, sunflower seeds, dried apricots, almonds, apples, red onions, OF COURSE GOAT CHEESE!!!!!, with my rice wine vinegar. I also have to add that bacon bits are actually really healthy, made mostly of soy protein, but they only taste good with ranch salads to me..
